Snow sports are a major part of life in Vermont.  Because we believe that all horses should be 'bomb proofed', we are apt to do all sorts of odd, weird, but incredibly fun things near, with, around, and to them.  Today (1/1/07) we had a bit of freezing rain on top of the snow making it perfect sledding conditions.  As we always have sleds around for pulling hay up to the house, what better way to bring the sled down to the hay mow, than to sled past the horses?  In this series of pictures you will see that our long yearling, *GMC Yukon Jack is completely undisturbed by the sledding; and in fact, he joined in on the fun, "chasing" me down the hill!

This young man is going to make a fantastic trail partner!  We hope you enjoy the pictures!
