Funeral -- The funeral services of Mrs. Jane C. Renfro, who died at the advanced age of seventy-six years, took place yesterday at the residence of her son-in-law, Mr. Edward Wicks, corner of Cook and Eleventh streets.

Her body was interred 7 Jun 1873 in Springfield, Sangamon, Illinois, Oak Ridge Cemetery.

She married John RENTFRO in Lincoln County, Kentucky, 21 Jun 1811. (See John RENTFRO for the children resulting from this marriage.)

At 16 years of age Jane became the mother of Frances Coppage RENFRO in Lexington, Fayette Co., Kentucky, 25 Mar 1812/13. At 26 years of age Jane became the mother of Willis H. RENFRO in Lincoln, Kentucky, 11 Nov 1822. At 38 years of age Jane became the mother of Nancy H. RENFRO in Tennessee, 1834. At 40 years of age Jane became the mother of Alfred Franklin(Frank) RENFRO in LincolnCo.?, Kentucky, 1836. Jane was listed as the head of a family on the 1860 Census in Macoupin Co, Illinois. Jane is in the same household with S. M. Alred in the Macoupin Co., Illinois 1860 federal census, as a 60 F.W. person born in KY.
