She married Christopher FITZRANDOLPH in Notts, England, Abt 1570. (See Christopher FITZRANDOLPH for the children resulting from this marriage.)

Ann became the mother of Edward FITZRANDOLPH in Sutton, In Ashfield, Nottingham, England, about 1583.
