and give it a little introspection - enough that everybody else who worked there can say,

How You Can Be Just Like Me

Relax a little. Don't waste your money on good-looking transportation. (This has got to be the most overvalued concept since growing pains.) Eat Mexican food and ice cream whenever you like, but exercise regularly. Get a cat. Contribute to your company's 401k plan.

Turn the TV off. (exceptions: NBA, NFL, women's tennis, and movies with NO COMMERCIALS)
Never, EVER turn on the radio.

Throw away your suits. Keep one tie.

Learn another language. Make things with your hands.

Write something. A short story. A song. A love note.
