We offer a full range of book production services, including Original Photography, Interior Content Design / Typesetting, Custom Cover Design, and Editorial Proofreading / Revision Services. We've recently introduced another publishing avenue for authors interested in having their titles distributed digitally via Amazon's Kindle and other E-Book options.

Our pre-press services are individually priced to allow authors to choose only the services they need to get their book into production. Below is a detailed list of our pre-press services and prices followed by a Summarized Production Chart:

$650.00 US / UK Print On Demand Title Set Up Fee. (1 time)

This is our cost to get a title into full POD distribution in US, UK, and EU markets. This provides the ability to deliver (1) copy of your book to any shipping location on the planet. Includes listing your title in Ingram’s ‘Book In Print’ catalog, where it’s available at wholesale to ANY bookseller in the world, listings at both Barnes and Noble.com and Amazon.com, and listing your title on www.rev-press.com for direct distribution to the public. This also includes (1) first edition Proof Copy of your book for approval.

$85.00 Kindle Distribution Set Up Fee per Title.

Interested in having your blogs, short stories, poetry, or other content published world-wide on Amazon's Kindle? ICP offers 'paperless publishing' options for any of our printed titles, OR as a separate stand alone digital option, making the ability to publish and market your work even easier to attain. (This option does not require an ISBN, or yearly archive fee.)

$24.00 Per Year Archive Fee per Title.

This is the yearly cost of archiving each title in our POD database and active on all of our web sites and networks.

$85.00 ISBN / Barcode Creation and Registration.

For your title to be sold through booksellers and national distribution channels it needs an International Standard Book Number. This is a unique identification number specifically used to track books around the world.

$2.00 - $6.00 Per Page Typesetting. (Depending on the complexity of your content layout and page design) Due to the many unique factors that determine the complexity of a textblock design, our designers will provide you with a detailed quote of the exact cost per page after viewing your manuscript, and before work begins. *Effective 4/17/2010 Revision Policy Charges

Professional Editorial/Proof-Reading.

We have professional editors available to proof-read your manuscript for all spelling, grammar, and clarity. Due to the unique needs of each manuscript Editorial costs are determined separately from Title Production costs.

$50.00 Per Hour Custom Cover Design.

We will create a ONE OF A KIND cover for your book---literally. We can say that because we do not use templates. Each cover we produce is an original creation (usually a combination of the author’s original vision and the creativity of our designers.) Design time is $50 per hour, with the average cover taking 9 hours to complete.
