My amazon prime keeps crashing. I can’t watch anything without it crashing within the first five minutes and it’s infuriating. I’ve tried everything. From reinstalling, updating and refreshing to scrolling throughout entires movies to get them to load. Nothing works and this seems like a common problem amongst users.

Aug 8, 2022 · The issue has gotten worse. I pay for prime and cannot watch it. Seriously thinking about cancelling my subscription to Amazon prime. It’s the only streaming app that is having the issue and I have others that are fine and they are free.
