Office of Secretary Minutes of Special Meeting February 19, 1999
The Board of Directors of the Kittitas Reclamation District met in Special Session on February 19, 1999 at the Hal Holmes Center, in a Joint Board Meeting with Cascade Irrigation District and Ellensburg Water Company Board of Directors and other local water purveyor representatives. Kittitas Reclamation District Directors in attendance were Chairman Urban Eberhart, Vice Chairman Jim Schnebly, Larry Bland and John Scott. Also in attendance were Jack Carpenter and Barbara Pettit. Pat Clerf, Ellensburg Water Company, chaired a presentation and discussion on: Local water Purveyors Common Water Issues. A March 11, 1999 meeting was set for 7:00 p.m. at Sterling Savings for representatives from local water purveyors to form a committee to address common water issues. ________________________________ Jack W.
