If water for your property is to be ordered by anyone other than the legal owner, it is necessary for Kittitas Reclamation District to have signed authorization on file for that person or persons to order water from the District Office. The answering service will not take water orders. If water orders are placed with the answering service, the ditchrider will not be notified.
Transfers: All transfers must be approved by the Manager and are authorized only for the current year. Ride 1 may only transfer within ride 1, ride 6 may only transfer within ride 6. Rides 2,3,4 may transfer water between each ride. Ride 5 may only transfer between Gravity and Turbine Ditches (No transfers allowed up to the Pump Ditch). Landowners that own land in more than one ride, may transfer water between owned parcels.
RRA Reminder: If you own or lease (or any combination thereof) over 240 acres it is required to have completed Reclamation Reform Act Forms on file at the District Office prior to water delivery. This is required of the Landowner and lessee. It is the responsibility of the Landowner to notify the lessee of the requirement. No Exceptions.
The bottom portion of this form is an Authorization to order water. Please complete whichever is applicable, sign and return to the Kittitas Reclamation District office at the above address.
