you find the most successful path to your health and well-being.
I view this process as a partnership between the physician and the patient, both of us taking the time to look,
listen, and reflect on your mind and body. My practice mission is to provide the finest holistic and preventive care for my patients.

Enjoying the ocean (visit our beach), swimming, rollerblading;
dining on seafood, green chili, and chocolate; stories, literature, learning new things and exploring new places.
a story
I always wanted to be a physician. I remember knowing for sure when I was about twelve. I'd
raised a family of baby ducks and returned home one afternoon after the weather
had turned bitter cold to find them stiff, seemingly lifeless as if frozen. I put them under a heat lamp
and they revived. What a joyous feeling, and what a relief!
Modern medicine can't do that yet, but we can do so much that we couldn't before.
