Meet Paul Armington
Hello, my name is Paul Armington and I am enthusiastic in assisting
others in
relocating to this unique Kezar Lake Region, either as a year round
owner or finding the perfect getaway destination. I have a passion for
Kezar Lake and the community that surrounds it and I am dedicated in
passing this
opportunity to others. I also truly enjoy helping others to sell their
property in a timely manner and have 25 years of experience in the
construction business as a plumbing and heating contractor. This gives
me the knowledge to know quality values of homes and to promote the
positive aspects of each home. I pay acute attention to detail and
will
work hard to represent the uniqueness of your property.
During the past 30 years I have lived in Lovell and enjoyed Kezar Lake. I have run a successful business, have taken advantage of the four season recreation and mostly enjoyed raising my family. We moved from the Boston area to run the family owned Kezar Lake Marina. This gave me the opportunity to explore Kezar Lake inside and out. I have a extensive knowledge of most homes on Kezar Lake through either knowing their owners or having personally serviced their homes.
The uniqueness of Kezar Lake has been a bonus in choosing this rural area to relocate. My wife and I have been very pleased with raising our four children in this vacation land and running our business. This area promotes four season recreation, as well as offers a superb school system, serving(SAD72)Fryeburg, Lovell,Brownfield, Stowe, Stoneham, Albany Denmark, Sweden, and Chatham, NH. This is an active community that is extremely family oriented and caring. My children are in grammar, middle, high and college level of schooling which brings me into contact with many fine people of this community. This is very helpful in networking with clients.
I am also a member of the Lovell Recreational Committee, assisting in many local community related events, and have participated in coaching local sports. My family has enjoyed many years of boating, water skiing and winter activities on and around Kezar Lake, as well as golfing on the 18 hole Lake Kezar Country Club.
