For Owners of A Vacation Home

Some duties as follows:

• Check the home on a regular basis. Houses are like cars, they do better when used on a regular basis. Ramaa goes in and turns lights on, runs fans, run water in all drains and toilets, etc.

• If it is preferred to shut water off in the winter she will make arrangements to have that done. When water is turned on in the spring, she goes in and makes sure no leaks have occurred.

• Frozen water and sewer pipes can be a problem here in Crestone during the winter. Ramaa has experience in handling that and water damage. She can assist with insurance companies and contractors to repair the problem.

• Monitor security of the home, not only looking for 2 legged invaders but the 4 legged ones as well.

• If repairs are needed, Ramaa has experience in calling in contractors and overseeing their work.

• Water plants inside and out.
