We only use salt or de-icing agents as part of our solutions for both residential and commercial areas upon request. Our first priority is safety with regard to your surfaces. We will provide all of our customers with consistent and quality service, thru the term of your contract or as a part of our regular per call  or emergency service.                            Prior to working your area, if possible, a staff member will check out your location, carefully noting obstacles and other areas that need special attention to ensure we safely complete your project and meet your expectations. Staff members will be knowledgeable to your sites specifics. If we are performing emergency services we request you take a moment and clearly designate what areas need to be cleared, define obstacles in our path, explain where salt should be applied if it is requested, and where to relocate snow being removed.    We will carefully apply salt and other melting agents that provide an abrasive surface with enough friction for easy walking and to ensure your comfort and safety. We offer salting upon request only for both residential areas such as walkways and driveways, or commercial areas such as parking lots, shopping centers, hospitals, industrial lots, retail stores, movie theaters, and medical facilities. Our equipment is well stocked with salt and calcium chloride for immediate application. All of our staff members will comply with your specific instructions, and utilize commercial grade equipment such as skid steers, snow plows, salting, and de-icing agents. We take our work seriously and wish to ensure your complete safety and satisfaction with our workmanship.
