Defining the Comprehensive Plan

The comprehensive plan is an opportunity for citizens of Freedom to look ten years into the future and create a long range blueprint for development. It is a framework for the towns’ people to understand land use issues as they are interrelated in a “web” of relationships. The people of Freedom will establish their own priorities, goals, and achievement strategies for the next ten years as Freedom continues to develop. Freedom will decide how it wishes to develop and how to accomplish that.
