Port-a-Potties

INTRODUCTION

If your event is to last two days or longer, your event organizers will need to rent a Port-A-Potty or two (depending on numbers of anticipated attendance) until we can achieve a more permanent solution.

Because the people who deliver, service, and retrieve them can only reach so far from the parking area, what with the low incoming electrical supply wires to the residence, the port-a-potties are placed just beyond the Parking Area.

This is also the area where the Trash Barrels and the Recycling Bins will be placed.

Possible Additional Improvements

Permanent Solutions?

We are considering purchasing one of the things. We're told, that used (only cosmetic wear, not damaged) they go for between $150 and $200 each. To have them come out to pump ones you own yourself, after an event, is $35 per unit, according to the people who delivered the first ones used here. We can apply a new coat of paint, can't we?

Or more substantion and permanent: Dig a big hole, build a set of concrete forms, and pour a cement tank in the ground, on the top of which we could built permanent little houses with half-moons on their doors. I can't even begin to guess at the costs, nor how much the charges would be to have the tank pumped every so often as needed.
