Sweat Lodge
INTRODUCTION
Although the location has been selected and the area cleared, the first framework built was not so very sturdy, and has collapsed. We intend to obtain better materials to build a permanent frame, and make a removable cover to fit over it. The Fire-Pit for heating the stones for the lodge is to be located just across the path from the Sweat Lodge.
Whenever the Sweat Lodge is in use, there must be at least one person stationed to watch over the fire continuously until it has completely gone out.
