Rental Fee ScheduleBasic Rentals 2011
A "Basic Rental" of the Groves includes the parking of attendees' cars in the side yard, and the full use of the Groves for the time period specified. If the event runs into the evening/night hours, you must provide your own torch fuel. While we generally do have some firewood on hand, if you intend to light the Fire Pit at the Fire Circle, you should bring in more firewood. And if by chance, you choose to leave any excess unburned firewood as a donation, we most certainly will NOT complain.

(1) — Currently heavy extension cords with Waterproof Connnector Covers, eventually plan a buried cable to a Breaker Box with a panel of outdoor outlets.
(2) — Five-Gallon Drinking Water Cooler with "endlesss refills."
(3) — Flat rate for the useof the yard-tractor and trailer to move attendees' and vendors' materials from the parking area to their tenting/booth sites.

Portable Toilets
We have purchased a Port-a-Potty of our own, and will have to charge a pumping fee for all events lasting a full day or longer. Should your one-day event have over 50 attendees, or if it is a full-weekend event, you should have a second one brought in. Refer to the chart below, obtained from the industry, which we only show up to the maximum number of attendees we feel probable to be hosted here.
One important item for your consideration should you need more units than the one we now own, is whether or not to make the one you bring in an ADA Compliant portable toilet.
