Why Registration Matters

In The Beginning

Welcome to Truwain Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.  I am a small breeder located in eastern Washington State.  Cavaliers are my love.  My breeding program is not a business.  I care deeply about my dogs, and pour my heart into making the wisest decisions I can for the benefit of my dogs, their owners, the future of my breeding program, and the cavalier breed--which has absolutely stolen my heart!  For me, there is joy in seeing a happy, beautiful dog of great quality, and expressing myself in my cavaliers is a privilege I am happy to share with you.

Each year I have a small number of carefully bred puppies available.  They are carefully raised and socialized in the house where all my dogs live.  I sometimes have older puppies, or even adult cavaliers available to the right homes.

My dogs have been successful in the show ring, agility, obedience, and as much loved pets and companions.  I am always working to balance physical health and soundness, with typical cavalier personality and solid temperament, and the beautiful cavalier breed qualities, known as breed type, that make cavaliers such wonderful little dogs.
