A Very Brief Overview of the
Natural Products We Make and Sell
 These items came about through whim, curiosity, long repressed desires, and from the need to feed ourselves during the winter, when gardening is really difficult in our sub–zero snow–covered, windy environment.
- Food items: dips and spreads, hummus, tapanades, veggie burgers, wheat, sugar and gluten–free items. All vegan.
- Naturally lacto–fermented foods: kimchee, sauerkraut and others as seasonably available.
- Naturally cultured foods: miso and tempeh.
- Beauty and personal care items: olive oil soaps, skin creams and lip balms.
- From our feathered partners: peacock tail feathers gathered after the peacocks' annual molt, and duck eggs for as long as our pet ducks insist on laying them. Ana keeps trying to talk them out of laying eggs, but our very emancipated ducks never pay any attention to her.
- Wood carved items: wooden spreaders and platters for use with dips and spreads.
- Wood turned items: bowls and vases, bottle stoppers, fountain pens.
 All our food items (except duck eggs when available) are vegan.
All cultured and fermented food items are prepared using time–honored, traditional methods.
All wood worked items are made with recovered woods, never with endangered woods. On the rare occasions when we purchase wood, we buy it directly from the woodsman; we know exactly how it was harvested.
