Set-Up and Clean-Up
We will need all the volunteers that can make it on Friday, to set up the showroom. We plan to start at 10 AM, so come as soon as you can. There are big jobs and little jobs, so everyone can help. Come whenever you can during the day and help set-up go smoothly. We also encourage you to help with clean-up on Saturday afternoon. The past couple of years, many have stayed and helped and everyone got home at a reasonable hour. Lets do it again this year.
More Raffle Items = More Fun For Everyone!
Please bring raffle items! These can be anything, poultry-related or not, and for any age. The raffle helps to raise money to put on the show and to fund awards.
