Reignmaker ZF

Foaled: May 1998
Sex: Mare
Registry: KWPN 19.057 FB
After a show season as a hunter, Reignmaker ZF was acquired in 2006 by young rider Rachel Roth of Roy, Washington. Rachel is an aspiring jumper rider and this pair has turned in impressive performances in jumper competitions this season.
Reignmaker is by the internationally known dressage stallion, Idocus. Idocus was the Grand Champion of the 100-day Stallion Performance Test held in 1993 at November Hill Farm in Virginia, scoring 9's in temperament, gaits, trainability and jumping, as well as a 10 for overall capacity to work. In addition to his excellent scores in dressage, he also received the highest jumping score for all stallions evaluated. In 1994, Idocus received the highest IBOP score since the beginning of the Dutch Keuring in North America with a rating of AA-99. After an impressive dressage career in the United States under the former Olympian Lendon Gray, Idocus was exported to the Netherlands, where he has won grand prix dressage competitions in Dusseldorf, Zuidlaren, Giesbeek and Langen with rider Marlies Van Baalen. Idocus and Marlies van Baalen represented the Netherlands in the 2004 Olympics.
Reignmaker is the half sister (same dam) of Layla ZF and Micaela ZF, who have both made their mark in upper-division jumping competitions throughout the western US. Reignmaker has produced two foals for Zephyr Farm: Vroom ZF and WYSIWYG ZF (see below). In the 2005 season, she was the Low Hunter Champion at the Lake Washington Saddle Club show in May. She was a consistent competitor, winning or 'in-the-ribbons' in Low Hunter or Baby Green Hunter classes at the Hood River (OR) Classic, Callistoga II (CA), High Desert Classic II (OR), and the Oktoberfest Hunter Jumper Show (WA). Added bonus -- she's great to ride on trails! Reignmaker is not a large mare, standing only 15.2h. Given her excellent breeding and proven show ring success, we expect her to be an outstanding mount suitable for young or petite adult riders.
